1 scoop MuscleXP 100% Whey Isolate – Double Rich Chocolate
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 heaping Tbsp Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Mix all dry ingredients (Whey Protein – Double Rich Chocolate, Oats, Coconut) in a mixing bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients in a blender.
- Pulsate 3-5 times.
- The idea is to blend to a creamier consistency but to still remain chunky.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry mix. Stir until well mixed.
- Add semi-sweet dark chocolate chips, crushed walnuts or other mix-ins as desired.
